Love the styling and the size, and was happy I got a discount on the price with an online code. But the straps are really too short for use as a shoulder bag when you have a autumn or winter coat on, and the straps are way too narrow for the capacity of the bag. Once you’ve put in a MacBook, power lead, phone and charger, notebook, makeup bag, water bottle, umbrella and purse, it is quite heavy and the straps then cut into your shoulder, so you end up carrying it in your hand anyway… also, might be a good idea to update the shape of the little clip-on purse as an ear pods case doesn’t fit in it. I don’t think I’ll use it for train commuting again and go back to my laptop backpack. Disappointed overall.
